What You'll Do:
- Lead Procurement Activities: Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective purchasing, aligned with the company’s objective, while maintaining the highest quality.
- Foster Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate potential new partnerships.
- Drive Process Improvement: Continuously analyse and improve procurement processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels across the outlets.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the executive teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement solutions.
What we expect from you?
- Working experience: Min. 3 years proven experience in procurement in the food service industry
- Languages: Fluent in English & French
- Knowledge and skills:
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- In depth knowledge of Food & Beverage products
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge about the Luxembourg market and suppliers is considered an advantage
