About us
Our client, a Luxembourg based insurance company regulated by the Commissariat aux Assurances, with branches in several countries, is currently looking for a:
HR Manager (m/f)
Mission
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting a broad range of operational HR activities
Responsible for maintaining the HR system and assisting with monthly and quarterly KPI reporting collation
Support on the resource planning, budget and forecast
Accountable for all HR administration
Lead continuous improvement of policies and procedures
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure onboarding of new joiners
Support of HR programs such as the annual employee engagement survey, performance management, reward planning, succession planning or training
Provide support and guidance to the business (at all levels) on all HR matters and respond expediently as they arise
Contribute to HR programmes through collaboration with the wider Group HR team to implement initiatives and continuous improvements of HR offerings across the Group
Be the go to person for HR global topics and participate to the working Group topics with HR Group Manager and Group HR meeting
Act as point of contact for legal topics and work in close collaboration with lawyers
Profile
Profile
Degree educated in Human Resources
5 years of relevant professional working experience in a similar role, in Luxembourg, ideally within the Financial Services, or the Insurance, sector
Experience of supporting teams based across multiple locations would be an advantage
Good knowledge of Labor law
Fluency in French and English – any other language will be a “nice to have”
Confident at interacting with all employee levels and possess a high degree of integrity and discretion
Ability to take ownership of tasks and know when to escalate
