TMC Luxembourg is seeking a skilled PMO Lead. In this key role, you will set the strategic direction for the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
· Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
· Develop and implement PMO processes and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
· Manage a portfolio of projects, overseeing resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
· Monitor project progress, providing regular reports on milestones, risks, and issues.
· Promote the use of project management tools and software.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
· Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of success and improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
· Proven success in delivering transformative projects.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and operational teams.
