YOUR ROLE
You will have a deep understanding of business processes and systems, particularly within Jira and Confluence environments. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, map out workflows, and support the implementation of solutions that optimize business operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, document, and improve workflows within Jira or Confluence to streamline ticketing, task management, and collaboration processes.
- Provide day-to-day user support, assisting team members with Jira or Confluence-related issues, such as creating and managing tickets or setting up project spaces.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the tools effectively.
- Work with development and technical teams to ensure that system configurations meet functional requirements and support business processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field + 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Jira ticketing system configuration (projects, workflows, issue types, permissions).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good capacity to communicate with technical and no-technical persons.
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other additional languages is an asset.
