YOUR ROLE
In this key role, you will actively contribute to the growth of our operations in Luxembourg by delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships.
You will support our sales teams in addressing client needs by providing technical expertise and ensuring our proposals align with the specific expectations of the Luxembourg market. Your goal will be to transform business opportunities into successful collaborations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and continuously enhancing our portfolio of services to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with client demands.
- Understanding Client Needs: collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions in digitalization and software testing.
- Proposal Development: draft and present tailored technical proposals, emphasizing service quality and added value for the client.
- Technical and Sales Support: provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including client presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations.
- Portfolio Management: take charge of managing and continuously updating the service portfolio, ensuring it reflects market trends and client needs.
- Service Quality Monitoring: work with delivery teams to ensure that the proposed and delivered services meet the quality standards expected by clients.
- Innovation and Technological Awareness: stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital and testing fields to ensure that our offerings remain cutting-edge.
- Contributing to Growth Strategy: identify new market opportunities and participate in implementing strategies to increase our market share in Luxembourg.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT services company, with a focus on digital services or software testing, is highly desirable.
- Client service skills, excellent ability to understand and meet client expectations, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Deep knowledge of digital technologies and software testing processes.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective interaction with an international client base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
