Mission
For one of our clients located in Luxembourg Findel, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a
Junior Billing Officer Fr-Ang (M/F)
Establish accurate invoices according to company practices and flight specificities.
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies.
Maintain and update various databases related to contract’s management and invoicing.
Respond to requests from our co-owners regarding contractual and invoicing matters.
Create reports regarding the status of co-owners’ accounts as requesed
Profil
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
A first professional experience of 1-2 years minimum in a similar position.
Fluency in French and good level of English
Advanced computer proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
This is a great opportunity for a permanent contract, to start ASAP.
Salary: 3600€ gross X 12 + meal vouchers (10.80)
