Mission
For our client located in Kayl, we are currently looking for an :
Call Centre Employee LU-GER-FR-ENG (M/F)
Mission
- Setting up the Call Centre and work organization, update procedures.
- Answering telephone calls from end-clients
- Respond to requests for information, complaints or support in relation to the WebApp portal for legal entities.
- Propose simple, clear and effective solutions with a view to providing impeccable customer service.
- Quality management of requests via tickets, in terms of qualification, assignment and follow-up.
- Helping to resolve conflict situations with the end-clients and actively participating in the continuous improvement of the procedures and solutions defined for the access and operations of our end-client portals.
Profil
Skills required:
- Initial experience in a client service role involving telephone interaction (call center agent / service desk), familiar with call management techniques and IT tools.
- An interest in new technologies and the technical/IT side is key.
- An interest in the financial sector (retail & corporate banking, Funds).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and flexible environment (varied working hours)
- Be client-oriented and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- You have excellent verbal communication skills and are stress resistant.
- Fluency in written and spoken Luxembourgish, German, French and English is essential.
CDI contract to start ASAP.
Location : Kayl, Luxembourg.
Salary : 3500€gross per month
