Your tasks

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Validate and deliver product increments, meeting quality standards and integration requirements
• Plan and manage the product roadmap, aligning with customer needs and business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for smooth product releases and adoption
• Drive customer-centric innovation by integrating customer insights throughout the development process
• Define and implement the overall technical strategy and architecture for the tribe's products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Lead the selection and adoption of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for software development and cloud-based infrastructure
• Oversee the design and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
• Drive cloud adoption and migration strategies, leveraging cloud-native technologies and services to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the tribe's products and recommending adoption where appropriate
• Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet development demands
• Lead agile initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track product success and user engagement
• Plan and allocate budgets for the Products Tribe
