Your tasks
- Participate in IT projects or improvements around Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Conduct research and draft IT studies, knowledge articles, scripts, or designs.
- Test, implement and document new IT components, configurations, or processes.
- Take ownership of delegated activities related to project coordination, administration, and reporting.
- Actively participate in the second level support of existing IT solutions.
- Attend meetings with IT experts, end-users or representatives from other RTL group entities.
Your profile
- Holding or in final year of a relevant higher education degree in an IT-related domain.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Power Platform, Copilot, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- IT Security, Service Management or Project Management frameworks are assets.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive team player, rigorous and eager to learn.
