- Participate in IT projects or improvements around Microsoft / Cloud technologies.
- Conduct research and draft small IT studies, knowledge base articles, scripts and/or designs.
- Test, implement and document new IT components, configurations and/or processes.
- Take ownership of delegated activities related to project coordination, administration, and reporting.
- Actively participate in the 2nd level support of existing IT solutions.
- Attend meetings with IT experts, end-users or representatives from RTL group Business Units / departments.
- Holding or in final year of a relevant higher education degree in an IT related domain.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform / AI or similar technologies.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills (French is an asset).
- Proactive team player, rigorous and eager to learn (fun in the workplace is an asset!).
