We are currently looking for a
Swedish Administrative Assistant (M/F/D)
Main Objective :
Assisting the IE in their daily tasks
Task :
- Managing and organizing the IT system for handling all requests addressed to the Security Unit.
- Coordinating agendas, meetings, missions, processing expense claims, and handling calls.
- Finalizing letters and archiving documents in Ares.
- Preparing administrative notes, minutes, presentations, and ensuring follow-up.
- Assisting with logistics for events and meetings.
- Archiving correspondence and other records.
- Drafting replies to various correspondence from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring follow-up on group activities and adherence to deadlines.
Your Profile :
- Secondary education giving access to higher education (baccalauréat, Abitur or equivalent) ;
- Any experience in a international working environment, experience in an European Institution, is considered as an asset ;
- You have a perfect command of MS Office tools and/or ARES ;
- You have a very good command of Swedish at least C1 and a good knowledge of English at least C1;
Salary :
25,61 € gross/hour
