We are currently looking for a mission a:
Legal Counsel Transversal Platforms & Activities (M/F).
Your mission:
She/He will provide pragmatic legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, such as commercial contracts and negotiations, corporate governance and secretarial matters, disputes, and financing arrangements. This includes:
· Provide timely support to the client Sourcing and the Purchasing Team on legal issues arising out of ongoing and new material agreement, including contracting matters, dispute resolution, new business opportunities, etc.
· Provide general legal support on other matters as required by the General Counsel, such corporate governance issues and corporate secretarial matters, Contracts drafting and negotiation (IT/IS, cooperation agreements, NDAs, guarantees, etc.), Financing agreements
· Contributing to transversal legal projects (legal awareness, legal policies, template & guidance review)
· Supporting Legal Team members on specific projects.
Your profile:
· Postgraduate Law Degree (Master 2) ideally completed by a business degree or a foreign degree
· Work experience of a minimum of 5 years, ideally including a previous experience in an industrial company with international exposure
· Fluent in French and English in writing and orally. Any other spoken language such Dutch, Portuguese or German would be a plus
· In addition to experience in legal areas, an experience in competition law would be also a plus
· Team player, engaged, self-demanding, problem solver, thorough, creative and empathic (understanding business issue and ability to act as a true business partner)
