We are currently looking for a:

Support Engineer Level 2 (M/F)


Your mission:

·         Provide level 2 technical support to end-users.

·         Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues.

·         Maintain up-to-date documentation on support procedures and technical solutions.

·         Train users on new software and technologies.

 

Your profile:

      ·    Experience in level 2 IT support, with a good understanding of operation systems, current software, and hardware.

      ·    Skills in network troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems.

      ·    ITIL certifications is a plus.

      ·    French is mandatory and a good level of English.
