We are currently looking for, for one of our clients located in Capellen:
Financial Accountant (M/F)
The role :
• General accounting tasks (account assignment, posting of General Ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, …)
• Posting business transactions to banks
• Account reconciliation and clarification
• Management of receivables and dunning
• Preparation and reconciliation of payment transactions
• Maintenance and updating of accounting master data
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statement preparation
• Assessment of sales tax issues
• Preparation of advance sales tax returns / VAT returns
• Preparation of goods statistics
Your profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of German accounting specificities (VAT, social taxes, …)
• Confident use of MS Office – particularly Outlook and Excel
• Language requirements: fluent German, good English knowledge, French would be considered an asset
• Reliable and motivated candidate
• You work with a high degree of discretion and accuracy
