Your mission :

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of our DevSecOps platform within our Agile Release Train (ART). The role involves leading the technical design, architecture, and execution of the platform, ensuring seamless integration, robust security, and high performance. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex teams while driving service delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development and implementation of the DevSecOps platform, ensuring it meets the requirements of the European Commission.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the platform, ensuring that the service evolves from a set of tools to a fully integrated and cohesive service offering.
• Provide leadership in the design and development of platform architecture, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and DevOps teams, to ensure technical feasibility and delivery of high-quality services.
• Lead the technical aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning, breaking down prioritized features and services into actionable tasks for the development and operations teams.
• Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to communicate technical progress, challenges, and key decisions.
• Drive innovation by keeping up with industry trends, ensuring the platform is built on the latest technologies and best practices.
• Manage the platform’s compliance with security, legal, and regulatory standards, working closely with legal and security teams.
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the platform’s features, scalability, and overall performance.
• Ensure the DevSecOps platform delivers on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Your profile :

Required Skills G Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, preferably within DevSecOps or related fields.
• Strong technical background in DevSecOps processes and related technologies (e.g., cloud services, containerization, automation, security tools).
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of complex technical solutions.
• In-depth understanding of cloud service delivery, security practices, and IT operations.
• Experience working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment (SAFe certifications are a plus).
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with the design and management of service delivery platforms, focusing on security, scalability, and high performance.
• Solid background in stakeholder management, particularly in a multi-vendor or multi-team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high- quality technical solutions.

Preferred Ǫualifications:

• SAFe certification (SAFe Product Manager/Owner or similar).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within the DevSecOps or cloud services domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects and deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
