Within POST Telecom S.A., as part of our team focusing on selling and advising B2B clients in the following services: consulting, cloud, client infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, data center, communication, we are currently looking for a Segment Sales Manager – EU & International Institutions (m/f/n)

 

Your missions

  • Manage, motivate, coach and evaluate team members
  • Manage the segment sales team: define, implement and ensure efficient operational processes and procedures
  • Analyze the EU and international institution market, identify trends, needs, opportunity and gather intelligence to enable strategic decision-making
  • Identify, develop and foster strategic partnerships with government officials and stakeholders as well as key organizations, agencies, and institutions in the EU and international sector
  • Engage with key stakeholders (CXOs, etc.) of key clients, monitor & support responses for key RFPs
  • Responsible to track and reach segment sales performance targets and budgets
  • Coordinate with other segments’ Sales Managers and Business Line Sales Managers for sales coordination and arbitration
  • Stay informed about regulations and compliance requirements specific to EU and international institutions, ensuring OneICT offerings adhere to standards

Your profile

  • Have extensive experience as a Telco/ICT sales manager in the EU & International Institutions (knowledge of technology trends, customer needs, market dynamics & drivers, sales channels, regulatory environment, etc)
  • Be able to understand the OneICT products and services offered (incl. design, implementation and supports of technologies)
  • Be recognized for your leadership skills (people, accountability) and mindset (cooperative, customer-oriented, lead by example) as well as for your sales and negotiation skills and ideally bring a professional network
  • Have project and team management skills
  • Be recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and resilience
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
