Senior Customer Services Officer – Belgian market

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Customer services team.


Main objectives of the role


  • Daily policy administration from A to Z within the Dedicated Funds team (subscription, surrenders, switch, any kind of modification)
  • Service our clients, partners and other stakeholders (asset managers, custodians etc.)
  • Coordinate smooth running of the tasks required to complete the customer's request, while complying with service quality and deadlines
  • Be in charge of the first level of compliance and anti-money laundering controls
  • Build long lasting professional relationships
  • Have knowledge on life insurance contracts & financial products
  • In-house coodinatino with: Sales, Wealth Planning, Compliance, Products, Unlisted Team and Tax & Legal


Profile of our future teammate


  • 5 year of customer service experience from an insurer
  • A team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in French and Dutch.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
