Our client is seeking a proactive Treasury Officer to strengthen our team in Luxembourg. You will play a crucial role in managing cash operations and optimizing financial resources while reporting directly to the Group CFO.

Description
As Treasury Officer, your responsibilities will include :
- Cash Management: Oversee all cash management activities, including intercompany funding and cash concentration structures, while establishing global policies for effective cash operations.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash forecasting models, reviewing and consolidating forecasts to assess group liquidity needs.
- Working Capital Optimization: Enhance financial efficiency across all group entities by optimizing working capital.
- Transfer Pricing: Establish and maintain compliance with Transfer Pricing policies, ensuring coherence between Master Files and local regulations through necessary benchmarking.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all treasury activities comply with market regulations and reporting requirements.
- Stock Portfolio Management: Manage and report on the group's external stock portfolio.
Profile
Your profile as Treasury Officer :
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a treasury role, including cash pool implementation.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, with familiarity in financial reporting and online banking systems; knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all organizational levels, fostering timely collaboration with local entities.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
