This role combines deep accounting expertise with corporate housekeeping responsibilities and close collaboration with global finance teams.

Our client is a global software and automation company, part of a private equity group.
Description
As Senior Accountant, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations for Luxembourg holdings (Lux GAAP) and a UK operational entity (UK GAAP/IFRS).
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank transfers, including validation and execution.
- Coordinate statutory financial statements, VAT declarations, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts, including PayPal and Stripe.
- Optimize accounting processes and supervise related projects.
- Prepare financial reports, board documentation, and shareholder registry updates.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Profile
The profile of the successful Senior Accountant we are looking for :
- Experience: 10+ years in accounting, with expertise in holding entities or Industry (IT services or related).
- Certifications: Internationally recognized accountant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Skills: Proficient in Lux GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
- Attributes: Single contributor capable, detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
- Residency: Must be a Luxembourg resident.
