As Middle Officer you support the branch's depositary activities, ensuring compliance with EU and local regulations.
You collaborate with Head of Luxembourg Branch and report to relevant functions within the organization.

Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Regulatory Compliance
- Execute oversight functions in accordance with EU regulations and applicable local Luxembourg laws.
- Ensure vehicles deposited within the branch comply with all regulatory standards.
Documentation and Reporting
- Review, prepare, and submit periodic documentation to the CSSF, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all depositary activities.
Custody Supervision
- Monitor and verify that the custody of securities and cash managed by the organization adheres to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensure reconciliation processes are conducted accurately and within established timelines.
Sub-Custodian Management
- Participate in the selection, supervision, and ongoing monitoring of sub-custodians.
- Ensure sub-custodians meet the required standards for managing assets deposited with the branch.
Support to Branch Director
- Assist the Branch Director in executing depositary functions and report on the branch's activities to the relevant departments within the organization.
Profile
Your qualities as the successful Candidate :
- Strong understanding of EU regulations related to depositary functions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in custody and depositary roles.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, French is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in Luxembourg is necessary.
