Join our client as an Experienced Accountant in Luxembourg, overseeing financial records and ensuring compliance. You'll handle financial statements, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

Our client is a Family Office based in the city center of Luxembourg.
Description
As Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee general ledger accounts, accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, assist in tax planning and audits.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage internal and external audits, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with controls.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Process invoices, payments, and collections, manage vendor and customer relationships.
- Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
Profile
The successful candidate Accountant that we are looking for has the following skills and profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, managing complex financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Demasy is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Independent worker and effective team leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; French is a plus.
