EXPERIS IT Luxembourg is currently looking for a Technical Architect (m/f) to join the IT team of a prestigious client based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities
By working closely with the business stakeholders and IT professionals, the Technical Architect is responsible for analysing and translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The role provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes.
The Technical Architect shall:
- Design ServiceNow® solutions and drive their implementation.
- Identify system deficiencies and areas of improvement and propose solutions.
- Work with the IT Service Management leadership, IT Service Owners, Process Owners, and service delivery groups, consult with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to design technical solutions that satisfy the business needs.
- Advise on technical options, risk and impacts on business processes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members.
- Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
- Establish standards, such as reference architecture(s), development standards, patterns, and processes.
- Collaborate with System Administrators and Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades.
Your profile:
The Technical Architect shall have the following experience and skills:
- More than five (5) years of experience in the design, development, and integration of solutions on the ServiceNow® platform.
- Extensive experience with all aspects of agile solution delivery, especially requirement analysis and solution design.
- Ability to meet and manage the expectations of different stakeholders.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors.
- Experience in cloud applications and security associated with cloud (SaaS) computing.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow® cloud environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with designing and implementing integrations with 3rd party systems.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with ServiceNow®, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern front-end libraries and frameworks, JSON, XML, HTTP, RESTful and RPC-style web services, as well as database technologies such as JDBC, SQL and
NoSQL.
- Bonus: A relevant ServiceNow® certification, such as the Technical Architect (CTA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is an asset.
