Manpower Permanent Placement Cabinet is recruiting for a financial institution seeking a Senior Project Manager Officer , fluent in Portuguese and English (M/F/X), to support various services.

The role involves planning, executing, and completing projects within the banking sector by coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project management standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion.
- Standardization: Develop and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Risk and Quality Management: Support risk management and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for project efficiency.
- Meeting Organization: Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
- Documentation : Maintain project documentation and track timelines and expenditures.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MS Project).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of IT systems and processes in the banking sector.
- Excellent teamwork and independent working capabilities.
