Our client, a leading fiduciary services provider, is looking for its new senior legal councel to complete its team.
Your missions :
- Manage portfolios.
- Review contracts and prepare various legal documents.
- Handle incorporation and liquidation of entities.
- Perform compliance tasks for onboarding
- Maintaining KYC.
- Oversee all legal and operational events of client entities.
- Maintain client contact and liaise with third parties.
- Provide limited legal advice and guidance.
Your profile :
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience as a (senior) legal officer or in a comparable position.
- Familiarity with Luxembourg's legal framework, regulations, and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work well within a team.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of securitizations and capital market transactions.
- Upholds high ethical standards and integrity.
- Proficiency in English, german is a plus.
