Description of the position : Senior Accountant - US, UK & Lux GAAP
- Managing financial transactions and preparing interim and annual accounts.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and ensuring GAAP reconciliations across US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and IFRS.
- Calculating tax provisions and reviewing tax returns.
- Liaising with external parties (tax advisors, auditors, partners) and coordinating with internal and international departments.
- Ensuring administrative compliance, follow-up, and handling distribution memorandums.
Qualifications and Requirements of the position : Senior Accountant - US, UK & Lux GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Luxembourg in accounting with exposure to PE, RE, and debt investments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; team-player with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, with good organizational skills, and strong understanding of accounting techniques and procedures.
- Proactive and proficiency in BOB 50 and Microsoft Excel.
