We are seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join a reputable law firm in the center of Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
As a receptionist, your tasks are :
- Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Call Management: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently; manage voicemail and respond to inquiries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Document Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and ensure secure document distribution.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Help with invoicing.
Qualifications
As a receptionist, here are the qualification you should have :
- Proven experience as a receptionist (at least 2 years), preferably in a law firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and help keep the office running smoothly.
- Fluent in English, French is a real plus and any additional languages are an advantage.
