We are looking for an administrative profile for one of our clients, a law firm.
Responsability :
- Comprehensive Office Services.
- Legal and Administrative Support.
- Meeting and Travel Coordination.
- Project and Contact Management.
- Client and Visitor Experience.
- Meeting Room and Reception Management.
- Catering and Event Coordination.
Your profile :
- You speak at least 3 of the following languages: English, French, Luxembourgish, German, Portuguese.
- You are proactive and multitask.
- You have at least 3 years' experience.
