We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer for one of our prestigious law firm clients.
- Civil litigation: contract enforcement, contractual and tort liability, debt recovery, etc.
- Real estate litigation: disputes related to leasing, construction, guarantees for defects, malfunctions, non-conformity issues, etc.
- Business and commercial litigation: disputes between partners and investors, enforcement of liability guarantees, business recovery, and restructuring of distressed companies.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a litigation lawyer.
- Pragmatic and detail-oriented, you are capable of prioritizing tasks, working in a team, and managing your workload autonomously.
- You are fluent in both French and English. Luxembourgish and German are a plus.
