Litigation Lawyer

As a Senior Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing complex disputes across multiple legal fields. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and resolving pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation cases.
• Providing strategic legal advice tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals in Luxembourg.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, ensuring knowledge development and professional growth.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Participating in business development initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
• Staying up to date with regulatory and legislative changes that may impact clients and the firm.

As a Senior Litigation Lawyer, your qualifications and skills include:

• You are registered as "Avocat à la Cour".
• Fluency in both English and French (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven Experience with a minimum of 5 years in civil and commercial litigation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes cases effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of mentoring and leading junior team members.
