Our client is a distinguished firm specializing in private equity management and investment solutions. As the Corporate Governance and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting corporate governance, managing compliance tasks, and maintaining regulatory adherence across a portfolio of companies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of legal, administrative, and compliance functions while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements and supporting processes such as company incorporation, liquidation, and management changes, often coordinating with notaries.
- Assisting stakeholders with audit inquiries, managing AML/KYC requests, and guiding them through compliance procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, archiving key documentation, and executing legal documents as needed.
- Supporting the setup of new bank accounts, responding to investor inquiries, and maintaining detailed records, including UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) registers, share registers, and RCS/RBE updates.
Profile :
As the Corporate Governance and Compliance Coordinator, you are
- You are fluent in French and English, with Italian a strong asset.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
- Experienced in handling compliance and legal documentation within the financial sector.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and collaborating with stakeholders, including legal, financial, and executive teams.
- Proficient in maintaining detailed and up-to-date records, with prior experience in KYC and AML procedures being a plus.
