Purchaser (m/f/d)
Purchasing Department team is responsible to provide the purchased goods at the right time, with the good quality and at the good price. Would you like to join the team as Purchaser?
Your mission:
- Prepare and participate to the supplier negotiation meeting (E.g. good work preparation and market analyse).
- Implement the negotiated contracts (E.g. Ensure thorough and complete purchase and inventory records to provide accurate accounting of all purchased goods and services; Review and approve purchase requisitions).
- Monitor the quality of service and goods provided (E.g. Manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases; analyse performance of suppliers and vendors; Monitor market trends and conditions).
- Keep good relations with suppliers (E.g. Analyse and select suppliers, issue purchase orders; follow up and expedite as necessary).
Your profile:
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
- At least two years' experience (internship could be included)
- Languages: English and German are mandatory
- Goal oriented with unrivalled negotiating and communication skills
- Your aim is to build a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders: customers are your treasures
- Easy and self-learning capacity, have interest for technical and specific products
- Knowledge of some ERP, SAP would be an advantage
- Criminal record no. 3 will be requested.
