Job Description

We are seeking a Manager in Governance, Risk and Compliance for our Risk Consulting Team

With increasing regulatory scrutiny and governance requirements, our clients in the banking/financial services industry rely on expert guidance to ensure robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices. As a Manager in our GRC Consulting team, you will provide essential support in establishing and strengthening governance structures aligned with EU and local regulations.

What you will be working on

• Work with clients to build and optimize governance frameworks that support accountability, transparency, and regulatory compliance across their organization.
• Advise clients on EU and local regulatory requirements, helping them navigate complex compliance landscapes and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of regulatory changes, evaluate compliance risks, and identify governance gaps to recommend and implement targeted improvements.
• Design and implement bespoke governance and compliance strategies that address client-specific needs, providing actionable recommendations and overseeing the successful integration of these solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, serving as a knowledgeable advisor on governance and regulatory matters.
• Mentor and develop a team of GRC professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring they stay ahead of evolving governance and regulatory trends.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in the Financial Sector or Consulting, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Proven expertise in EU and local regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate complex governance and regulatory needs into practical, risk-based solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Fluency in English and French.
