The Lead IT Service & Employee Experience plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging desktop and digital experience for all end users within our organization. As part of our ongoing Organizational Transformation initiative, this highly visible role will oversee and manage our end-user computing environment, encompassing the design, implementation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and support systems.
