ING Luxembourg is currently recruiting an intern for the position of Talent Acquisition Intern. The internship is set to start in July 2024 (or earlier if your study program allows it) for a minimum of 6 months.
Your Tasks
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of subjects including recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience. Here's an overview of the different tasks proposed for this internship:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for the bank's trainees: meeting with managers, creating and publishing job offers, screening CVs, handling HR interviews, and organizing manager interviews.
- Manage the onboarding of trainees and new bank employees: draw up agreements, prepare for the arrival of new employees, integrate new employees, and conduct welcome presentations during onboarding.
- Assist the recruitment team in organizing recruitment, security checks, and managing the shared mailbox.
- Handle various administrative tasks: sending out forms, receiving documents, and updating employee files.
- Manage various HR projects (Mobility Days, Recruitment Forum, etc.).
- Support the Head of Talent in the Internal Mobility campaign and work on internal communication campaigns
Your Profile
Skills and Behavior:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curious and enthusiastic
- Strong writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing / infographic concepts (Canva, Sharepoint, etc) are a strong plus
Experience:
- University degree (Bachelor / Masters) in business, economics, human sciences, law, or a related field.
- A first experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not required.
Languages:
- Good knowledge of French and English is required.
Additional Information: The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to be studying human resources. We welcome individuals who are passionate about marketing, have experience in web design, and are proficient in Canva. The intern will work closely with the Head of Talent and Learning on internal communication and internal mobility campaigns, leveraging AI tools.
