As part of the strengthening of its Legal department, ING Luxembourg is offering an internship with an educational institution.
Job description:
As a Legal Intern, you will manage projects related to the department's legal activities:
- Participate in the review and drafting of various legal contracts relating to the bank's different business lines;
- Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of legal files under the responsibility of the department's more experienced lawyers (estates, seizure of accounts, dormant accounts, security interests, etc.);
- Prepare and draft research notes, emails and/or analyses on banking law issues related to the demands of the bank's various activities;
- Provide support in the organization and day-to-day running of the Legal Department, and keep abreast of Luxembourg and European legislation and regulations.
- You will be required to independently manage the follow-up of projects and work in collaboration with Legal or other contacts concerned by the activities.
Your profile:
Education :
- Master 1 or 2 in Law or equivalent legal training;
- Initial experience in a bank and/or law firm will be considered an asset.
Skills :
- Good analytical and summarizing skills;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Good team spirit and creativity;
- Ability to manage projects independently.
Languages :
- Very good knowledge of French and English is essential;
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish German and/or Dutch will be considered an asset.
