POSTE
Reviewing various documents (primarily for formatting), including but not limited to legal materials, client communications, letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
Conducting submissions and research on the Luxembourg Business Registers and E-file.
Welcoming clients and handling various reception duties, including managing phone calls.
Organizing travel arrangements for lawyers and staff.
Coordinating and managing calendars.
Ensuring the proper execution of internal KYC procedures is a plus.
Updating databases as needed.
Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.
PROFIL
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or comparable role is essential.
Previous experience in a Luxembourg law firm or a similar professional setting is required.
Proficient in both French and English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
A degree in secretarial studies or a related field is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook (experience with iManage is advantageous).
Possesses a professional demeanor with a high level of integrity.
A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude.
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
