Your Role

As a Senior Manager/Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of prestigious clients, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Client Leadership: Build and nurture long-term relationships with Private Equity and Real Estate clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Engagement Management: Plan, supervise, and finalize audit engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency across the board.
• Team Development: Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with the highest regulatory and professional standards.

• Thought Leadership: Share your expertise by writing articles, speaking at seminars, and contributing to industry working groups.

Who You Are

• Expert in Audit: At least 7 years of experience in external audit, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Real Estate.
• Qualified Professional: Chartered Accountant or Réviseur d'entreprises, or on track to becoming one.
• Fluent Communicator: Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Dynamic Leader: Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex engagements, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Detail-Oriented Strategist: Organized, precise, and able to think critically while addressing client needs with agility.
