Eltrona is Luxembourg’s historical cable television provider. The company is 100% owned by the Belgian cable company Telenet (a subsidiary of Liberty Global). Eltrona operates a hybrid fiber-coaxial network, providing ultra-high-speed Internet access to more than 80% of Luxembourg’s households and businesses.
As part of our development, we are recruiting:
Second Level Support Agent (M/F) – Permanent Contract (CDI)
Profile:
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in English and French; Luxembourgish and German are a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in case management and follow-ups
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, while also being autonomous and proactive
- Availability and flexibility (variable working hours)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks and take the necessary actions when needed
- Assist field technicians during their interventions
- Proactively work on network quality improvements
- Handle customer requests and ticket processing
- Contribute to service quality enhancement
- Test equipment
- Work in shift schedules and be on standby duty
