 PRIVATE BANKING ASSISTANT (M/F)



THE JOB:

DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international private bank.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Private Banking Assistant to support our private banking team in delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
Client Support:

  • Assist private bankers in managing client accounts and relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely information regarding account statuses, transactions, and services.
  • Manage onboarding, AML/ KYC processes.
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation and records.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for private bankers.
  • Manage calendars, including follow-ups and reminders for client meetings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and team discussions.

Transaction Processing:

  • Facilitate the processing of account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals and investment portfolios.

Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive service.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience (3 years plus) in banking, finance, or a customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of KYC processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French & English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
