OFFICE ASSISTANT (M/F)
THE JOB
-Ensuring the office runs smoothly;
-Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail;
-Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed;
-Welcoming visitors to the office;
-Answering phone calls;
-Taking and delivering messages;
-Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees;
-Preparing and/or sending correspondence on behalf of your partners;
-Planning and organising internal and external meetings / lunches / conference calls;
-Planning and organising business travels and related itineraries;
-Supporting the legal department;
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
-At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international and multicultural environment;
-Team player with excellent inter-personal skills;
-Proactive, self-starter with a "can do" attitude and keen to suggest new ideas;
-Strong verbal and written communication skills;
-Numerate and computer literate, at ease with standard MS Office / Adobe tools;
-Fluent in English and French;
THE CLIENT:
Our client is a successful privately held Luxembourg Holding company. The Luxembourg office is medium sized and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic growing business.
At the final stages of the recruitment process, the successful candidate can be asked to provide supporting documentation such as, for example, copies of diplomas or proof of previous jobs, and a standard criminal record check might also be requested.
