FINANCIAL CONTROLLER EXPERT (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is pleased to support a prestigious insurance company in the recruitment of their Financial Controller Expert (M/F). Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller Expert will play a key role in overseeing the financial and economic strategy of the Luxembourg Group. The candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting on strategic KPIs, managing cost reporting, and contributing to the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Key responsibilities will also include financial control with risk assessments, semi-annual and annual forecasts, cost analysis, and the implementation of management tools. The Financial Controller Expert will support the CFO in decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Monitoring and reporting on financial and non-financial KPIs related to strategy implementation
-Contributing to budget preparation
-Coordinating and managing cost reporting
-Conducting analyses and participating in strategic financial discussions
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-A minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
-A degree in economics or finance (BAC +4/5)
-Fluency in French and English (German is an asset)
-Experience in the financial sector; prior experience in insurance is a plus
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus
