To support our growth, we are recruiting for a Manager specialized in project management for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). The CTU team is responsible for delivering projects related to changes in business processes and technology solutions.
What you will do:
As part of this team, you will be liaising with business, IT and development teams. You will:
- With the business and other key stakeholders, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor and report on progress.
- Work hand in hand with the business team and collaborate with business team members to measure project progress, resolve issues and deliver on time.
- Collaborate with the IT Operations and Digital Factory divisions to ensure successful project delivery on technology building projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and completion of project tasks.
- Manage change requests.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status, including financials, to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
- Have at least five years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills; able to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience in managing and coaching a team is desirable.
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Fluent in English. Any other languages are considered as an asset
