We offer tailor-made solutions to our clients that gather expertise related to a wide range of regulatory topics such as sustainable finance, digital and cryptocurrencies, conduct and customer protection, risk and capital management, governance, capital markets and much more
Your next challenge
- Support clients in regulatory scanning, identifying new challenges, and assessing their impact on business models.
- Evaluate the relevance of regulatory publications to our clients' specific needs.
- Advise clients on the impacts of regulatory changes on their operating models and identify potential gaps.
- Assist clients in developing new business strategies based on market practices and future requirements.
- Translate directives and regulations into practical business requirements and solutions.
- Summarize regulatory impacts on banks, management companies, and insurers.
Lead internal projects to enhance:
- Horizon scanning processes.
- Integration of AI in tools.
- External and internal communications.
Oversee commercial development and conduct impact studies on regulatory changes’ effects on business strategies.

Your skills
- Hold a Master degree in Law and/or in Economics
- 7+years of experience in regulatory matters within the financial industry (banks, investment management, insurance) with extensive knowledge of regulatory topics such as MiFID, PRIIPs, CRD, DORA, MAD, AIFMD, UCITS, or EMIR. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mind-set
- Have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- English fluency for business communication required; German/French proficiency is highly valued.
