Deloitte Audit’s Planning team plays a crucial role in enabling the great quality of our service to our clients and business growth.



Our main objective is ensuring the right planning and staffing of our Audit projects – both quantitatively & qualitatively. We work side by side with our leadership to enable the right staff allocation, taking into account respective qualifications and regulations within the Audit field as well as our client needs.



We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Planning Senior Officer to join our dynamic team! A successful candidate will play a crucial role in rolling out our staff planning initiatives, optimizing resources, and ultimately enabling further growth of our business.

 

Your next challenge

 

You will be part of our Planning team, responsible to govern and coordinate the efficiency & effectiveness of staff planning and management for our Audit organization.



Your key responsibilities:

  • Assure effective allocation of our audit staff – in line with required skills and capacities on audit projects
  • Optimize utilization of the auditors’ working time
  • Provide administrative support in audit planning process
  • Manage and coordinate ad hoc changes in day-to-day planning & propose solutions
  • Identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions
  • Work closely with other members of Planning team and act as back up when needed
  • Work consistently with our management and other internal stakeholders to ensure resource planning
  • Prepare and analyze reports for our management & other internal clients



Your profile & skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Audit / Finance or similar areas
  • You are well structured and organized, with ability to prioritize effectively
  • You are analytical, process and solution oriented and flexible
  • You have a good eye for the details but you are able to see a “bigger picture”
  • You are able to work independently and under pressure
  • You are great communicator and you have the “client-centric” mindset
  • You have a prior working experience that demonstrates the above indicated skills & ways of working
  • You have a good command of MS office tools, with focus on Excel
  • Fluency in English is a must. French is considered as a plus
