Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Challenging and advising companies on the implementation and application of new accounting standards and the accounting for new products and structured transactions;
- Providing support with consolidation challenges;
- Conducting reviews of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Drafting and preparing annual financial statements for our clients according to various GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles);
- Compiling financial and non-financial information from companies in accordance with specific legal requirements, including for complex structures.
- Due to the versatility of the work, you will frequently collaborate with other professionals from tax, corporate finance, risk, and consulting areas. You will have the opportunity to genuinely help our clients and make a real contribution to our growth by bringing your perspective and energy to the team.
