Your Next Challenge:

  • Define and Develop data models and algorithms to support quality and risk activities
  • Identify and improve data quality with data owners
  • Aid the Quality & Risk team in preparing and delivering various data-driven projects and presentations
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics (KRIs)
  • Participate to annual risk assessments using data-driven methodologies
  • Conduct market research and develop analytical frameworks to support risk analysis and decision-making processes

Your Skills:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business and data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities efficiently under pressure, and in a proactive manner
  • Team-oriented, dynamic, and people-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
