Your tasks:
As part of our Global Sales organization, the Sales Administrator role is key to relationship management and service level offering towards our customers. It both associates commercial responsibilities as well as order fulfilment process management acting in close cooperation with our field sales team in a multi-site international working environment.
The main purpose of the role is to manage a timely and accurate quote-to-cash process whilst maintaining high quality of service and demonstrating professional & structured customer management.
Ensure a trustful communication with the customer via email, phone or occasional on-site visit
Monitor existing and new customers development in term of turnover, pricing, consumption, contracts fulfilment and take appropriate actions accordingly.
Support S&OP process with updated sales forecasts and inputs and communication customer-initiated priorities
Ensure the quote-to-cash process
Coordinate creation of customer and material master data in ERP system aligned with company standards
Your profile:
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Speaking fluently English and at least one the following language : German, Italian, Spanish or French.
Having a first experience in a customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment. A first use of SAP is a plus.
