Task Responsibilities:
- Investigate as-is situation and follow the RFP process for global ground transportation
- Support Category Lead in creating a category strategy for catering and ground transportation
- Work on individual projects in relation to travel, transportation or sustainability
- Identify gaps in current catering processes and provide solutions
- Handle accommodation requests for different travel arrangements (long stays, meetings, etc.): hotel sourcing, negotiation, contracting
- Support the designated departments’ specific project needs.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Be enrolled in a College or University
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good relationship building skills
- "Can-do" attitude and open mind-set
- Strong Analytical and negotiations skills
- Basic Knowledge of the Procurement and/or Travel process is recommended / Interest in Sustainability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
Working Conditions:
- Position based in Luxembourg
- Temporary intern position
- Duration: 6 to 9 months
- A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
