Task Responsibilities:
The Ground Operations Training department at Cargolux consists of a dynamic group of instructors and administrative staff working in a multicultural environment. If you are looking forward to hold on-the-job and classroom training for an all-cargo airline, certifying load planners, loading supervisors (i.e., loadmasters), this will be the right job for you!
As our instructor, you will need to fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities in the mentioned fields of training:
- Create instructional training material based on regulations, company procedures and standards (classroom, on-the-job and online training)
- Deliver on-site and virtual trainings with subject-matter expertise
- Demonstrate the ability to present complex materials in a simplified way to achieve the learning objectives
- Follow accurately all changes in regulations/procedures and update the training material accordingly
- Support the administration of the department
- Ensure keeping practical and theoretical knowledge up-do-date and adapt modern instructional methods

Essential Requirements For The Position:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur), a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is considered as an advantage;
- Working experience as qualified loading staff of cargo aircraft (e.g., loadmaster, loading supervisor, load planner)
- Previous experience as instructor is considered as an advantage
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to present and give instructions in front of a multicultural audience
- Proactive, safety- and quality-oriented attitude
- Ability to deal effectively with complexity and good problem-solving skills
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
