What will you do?
Analysing and optimizing payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, while collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations, labour laws and internal policies
Supporting payroll system improvements by gathering needs, managing the complete analysis of the requests, defining project scopes, drafting specifications, testing functionalities and assisting with implementation
Secure the launch of projects by performing the necessary operations (data recovery, parallel computing, bug fixes, client support, etc.)
Managing payroll-related projects, including process automation, system upgrades and policy implementations
Driving change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new payroll processes
Challenging existing practices and proposing innovative solutions to enhance payroll operations.
This offer is for you if:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of payroll (ideally in Luxembourg) and HRIS
You have a good understanding of Luxembourg payroll regulations and processes, and you are used to work with payroll systems, data analysis tools and Excel
You are detail-oriented, analytical and have a problem-solving mindset
You have strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and interacting with different teams
You speak French and English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
